It soon became apparent that we and our customers were being ripped off, with a very expensive service, delayed Energy Performance assessments and a lack of personal attention. Colin called to see me just at the right time, to offer his services. I liked his simple, non pushy approach and felt that I could work with him. We gave him 2 or 3 jobs to see how it would go, the 1st EPC was done that day and was on our system the next day, therefore we could get our clients house marketed immediately. Colin’s courteous and knowledgeable approach to carrying out the EPC is just what a professional firm of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents like ourselves were looking for and with Jane’s assistance, appointments etc., are handled very promptly.
